The mentorship programme by Band of Doodlers with the support of National Arts Council was aimed to foster a sense of self and community through peer-to-peer learning. Working with a group of children from the Society for the Physically Disabled (SPD) we co-created illustration works that were displayed in the trains on the MRT Downtown Line, as well as my personal interpretation of the common theme, Out of this World.

Monsters, High and Low - Monsters form the basis of our fears - they are the unknown beneath our beds, and the horror of stories wielded by our mothers to make us behave. But what if these monsters are the very things that can give us character and make us who we are?
